Trecena Reminder - Chuen (Monkey)

The 13 Day Trecena of Chuen (Monkey) has begun! This is a great cycle to try new things, have fun and excercise creativity. Keep things lighthearted. Think of the laughter and playfulness of a monkey. The flip side is, that this cycle would be bad timing to be complacent or to be too serious. We all know that laughter is good medicine. Do You Keep A Journal?

I keep a daily journal and have been doing so for quite some time. It has been incredibly useful in many ways! The little lightball in my brain finally switched on. It occurred to me that I should be including Mayan Calendar information in my daily journal. This would include Day Signs, Trecenas, Tzolkin etc. This excercise is increasing my sensitivity to the consciousness and energies. I have been amazed at the results! I have an example from today. Hi Well, it's the middle of the tzolkin round again, 12Toj 13Oc and 1Batz (Monkey). 1Monkey is the start of the second half of the tzolkin, so right now we are getting a real wide perspective on our lives, and the world around us.
